Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems.
Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.
You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.
Here at Beratung Services, I realize that no two people are the same, and I tailor my therapy to meet your specific needs as an individual. I love helping people understand the things that are holding them back with an in-depth approach. After recognizing underlying problems, clients can fully realize their strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.

Meet MistyHi! My name is Misty Reinecke, a licensed clinical social worker and certified trauma professional specializing in individuals living with trauma, traumatic brain injury or caregivers, and military and first responders. I have always loved helping people heal from trauma and find their power. As a TBI mom, I also enjoy exploring what healing means to those living with traumatic brain injury and helping caregivers navigate and balance their new emotions and responsibilities. I have a lifelong dedication to helping those who serve us in the military or as a first responder, including corrections. As an Air Force daughter, wife, and mom, being a cop’s wife, and having some law enforcement experience myself, I understand the importance of having quality supports and self-care.
